Your Place In The Forest sits on The Little North Fork Nehalem River and privately owned 40 acres of recreational land. It sits across the river and next to The Forest Campground.

Rent both to host a large family reunion and have a huge club house to accommodate the elderly or those with young children that don't want to camp.

*On The River:
Beach-River Bungalow Event Venue
Accommodates up to 42 people
30 for dining inside and much more when using outside areas of the facility.
$300 per day for events, $50/hr- 3 hour min.
Winter rates 50% off Event Venues only.
If you are a group or business that meets regularly and would like to use Your Place as your meeting venue the minimum hour usage can be waived. Talk to management for further details on this option.

**On The River:
Beach River Bungalow Vacation Rental
Sleeps 4: One queen bed and one full pull out. Rates are good for up to 2 people.
2 night minimum required.
$150 per night Sat-Sun
$125 per night Mon-Fri
Add $25 per person per night for additional people. Kids 2 and under stay free.

December thru February:    25% Off rental rate
March thru May:                   20% Off rental rate
June thru August:                 10% Off rental rate
September thru November 15% Off rental rate

ALWAYS ON SPECIAL:
Rent includes: Free wifi, Free morning coffee and home made baked goods, Free in house and online movies as well as coupons for daily rentals on bikes, kayaks and SUP boards that you launch out your back yard.
Free crab pots, sand suckers, and net throws to use for crabbing. (license required)

Rent the Beach Bungalow for a week and inclusive with your rental is two bikes for riding around Seaside and Gearhart.
Rent the bungalow for a month and you receive two kayaks package inclusive in your rent as well!!!
DEPOSITS
*Events require $200 refundable damage deposit for event venues
**Vacation Rentals require $100 refundable damage/reservation deposit for vacation rentals.

CREDIT CARDS: We accept credit and debit cards but no longer pay the vendor fees.
All credit/debit charges require a 3% fee.

*In The Forest: Event Venue
accommodates up to 100 for outdoor weddings and 200 for company BBQ's. Price varies per event. $200 minimum event fee.
*In The Forest: Camping Venue
Up to 20 tent campsites, with large community cooking pit and social area. River recreation, swimming, hiking, volleyball, fun golf and softball. $200 minimum to open campground. Fee per tent site per day.
**In The Forest: Country Lodge Vacation Rental and recreational land
(Available beginning July 15th, 2013) Accommodates up to 14.
8 bunk-beds two with full size bottom bunk, one California king master, one queen master.
2800 square feet, huge kitchen and kitchen table seats 15-20. Wood stove social area with tv, games and entertainment. Laundry facility on site, stainless steel kitchen counters, marble bath counters, heated tile floors, jet tub spa room. River and pool swimming (seasonal).
$400 per night.
*Requires a $150 refundable damage deposit.
**Requires a $800 refundable damage deposit.
Minimum 7 night stay.

Refund Policy: Your reservation/damage deposit is 100% refundable if no damage fees are charged against your deposit and you don't cancel before your event date.
Rent is due 30 days prior to your event date. If you cancel within your thirty days you are refunded as follows;
4 weeks 100% rent refunded loss of $100 of deposit.
3 weeks 75% rent refunded loss of $100 deposit.
2 weeks 50% rent refunded loss of $100 deposit.
1 week    25% rent refunded loss of $100 deposit.
Less than a week 0% refund, loss of deposit.

Winter Rates: October 15th to March 15th, we offer a 50% discount off our venue rates at the On The River Venue. Check the Event Calendar for specific information.
Monday through Friday only, Excludes Holidays.

OPEN HOUSE: 2 or 3 times a year we offer an open house at our On The River Venue. Come see if our venue is right for you. Enjoy coffee and refreshments and get a feel for 'Your Place' venue atmospheres. See our amazing view, check event dates or book your event right there.

Your place on the river sits on the Neawanna river estuary in Seaside, Oregon; a tidal estuary that rises and lowers its water levels with the tide. The water is brackish, meaning its salt water and fresh water mixed. Just around the bend begins the Pacific Ocean and Seaside's famous beaches.
A truly amazing view, a great place to fish and crab, raft and canoe river play or float and all just out the back door of Your Place!

Guest that rent the beach bungalow receive a coupon worth 30% off on kayak rentals for during or after their stay. Stop by anytime for a quick excursion up the river. All day rentals are only $60.
